Blog / Agentic systems
The useful boundary is control, not autonomy.
Commercial work contains ambiguity. Commercial commitments require reproduction. The product has to know which is which.

The wrong question is whether an agent can write the bid. The useful question is which work can move under standing authority, and which action needs a named human, a reproducible calculation or an exact signed bundle.
Let agents interpret.
Requirements change language across buyers. Evidence arrives in inconsistent formats. Addenda reopen some sections and leave others untouched. These are interpretation problems: extraction, comparison, synthesis, drafting and exception handling.
Make binding truth deterministic.
Eligibility, price, tenant isolation, document hashes, permissions, signatures and submission state are not creative work. They need typed rules and auditable state. A model can explain the answer. It cannot invent the number or quietly move the gate.
Return commitments to the manufacturer.
ODIN X executes between decisions. The manufacturer still sets or approves the commercial terms and authorizes every binding external action. Current product evidence shows qualification, evidence work, controlled preparation and authority. Live transmission is the next proof, not a capability implied by animation.
Agentic work absorbs ambiguity. Deterministic services protect truth. The manufacturer retains authority.
